Winter has hit Cape Town and hit with a great force, one thing that will never change is the ability to have a relazing day on a Sunday just to kick in the season.
On Sunday Robyn and I went to the Casuarina Wellness Centre for a mini Spa Day, even though it was my first spa treatment I was impressed by the Tranquility that was provided at the Casuarina. From the moment you stepped foot into the Commodore Hotel you felt like a A list Celebrity something that you apparently only feel during your 15 mins of fame.
Our treatments for the day included:
Full Body Massage
Express Facial
Scalp massage
The typical spa day to take away the stress of winter, which can be the world's greatest annoyance in life.
The full body massage was the best massage ever as the relaxation kicked in immediately together with the music and scent that placed you in a mind space that not from the moment you walked in the sense of relaxing was made.
OBEY YOUR BODY
The express facial on the other hand was just incredible using OBEY YOUR BODY product range.
This product is availiable from the Casuarina Wellness Centre or the Wellness Centre in Cavendish Square and Wellness Centres around Cape Town.
The facial or should I say a deep Cleanse was truly one of those experiences you would want to tie with a little bow and eat it up, it is exactly what I want to do to my face, the smell was scrumpitious. So it will be my next MUST on my list which is, starting my Obey Your Body range started and possibily completed.
But now the question is will we go back?
That answer is simple absolutely yes but this time definetly will make sure ill hop into the steam room.Just to make sure I get any form of spa day is complete. Casuarina Wellness Centre is in the perfect location in Cape Town and the buzz of a buzzing tourist destination.
